Ditto is a Colorless-type Pokémon with 50 Hit Points. It has a Retreat cost of 1 Colorless Energy. The card features a unique Pokémon Power ability called Transform, which allows Ditto to mimic the Defending Pokémon’s attributes, including type, Weakness, and Resistance, while retaining its own characteristics. This ability also lets Ditto use any attached Energy as any type, provided it remains asleep, confused, or paralyzed. The card includes a resistance to Psychic-type attacks, reducing damage by 30, and a weakness to Fighting-type attacks, which deal double damage. It is part of the Base series, released in the Fossil set on October 10, 1999. The card’s flavor text describes Ditto’s ability to copy an enemy’s genetic code for instant transformation. Artist Keiji Kinebuchi designed the card, which carries the Pokédex number 132.
