Magnemite is a Lightning-type Pokémon with 40 HP, featuring a retreat cost of one Colorless energy. It has two attacks: Thunder Wave, which costs one Lightning energy and deals 10 damage, flipping a coin to potentially paralyze the defending Pokémon, and Selfdestruct, requiring one Lightning and one Colorless energy to deal 40 damage, striking all Benched Pokémon and itself. The card’s flavor text describes Magnemite using anti-gravity to hover and striking unexpectedly with its attacks.
