Golem is a Fighting-type Pokémon with 80 HP. It features two attacks: Avalanche, which costs three Fighting and one Colorless energy to deal 60 damage, and Selfdestruct, requiring four Fighting energy to inflict 100 damage while also targeting all Benched Pokémon. The latter attack deals 20 damage to each player's Bench and harms Golem itself. The card's retreat cost consists of four Colorless energy. Golem has a Grass weakness that multiplies damage by two. Artist Kagemaru Himeno designed the card, and its flavor text describes a resilient body capable of withstanding powerful blasts. The card was released in the Legendary Collection set in May 2002 as a Rare rarity.
