Drowzee is a Psychic-type Pokémon with 50 HP. It features the ability Long-Distance Hypnosis, which allows the player to flip a coin during their turn to put the defending Pokémon to sleep or put their active Pokémon to sleep, provided Drowzee is not under a Special Condition. The card’s attack, Nightmare, costs one Psychic and one Colorless energy to deal 10 damage and forces the defending Pokémon to sleep. Drowzee has a retreat cost of one Colorless energy and no resistances, making it vulnerable to Psychic-type attacks with double damage. Its flavor text describes a Pokémon known for its aloof demeanor and tendency to speak to itself in low tones. The card was released in the Legendary Collection set on May 24, 2002, and is part of the Other series. Drowzee’s themecolor is a warm pinkish tone, reflecting its Psychic typing.
