It features two attacks: Snivel, which costs one Colorless energy and reduces damage done to Togepi by 20 if the defending Pokémon attacks during the opponent's next turn, and Mini-Metronome, which costs two Colorless energies and allows Togepi to copy an attack from the defending Pokémon, performing it as its own.
