Mew is a Psychic-type Pokémon with 50 HP. It has a retreat cost of one Colorless Energy and no resistances. The card features two attacks: Psywave, which deals 10 damage multiplied by the number of Energy cards attached to the defending Pokémon, and Devolution Beam, which allows the player to choose an evolved Pokémon and return its highest Stage Evolution card to its owner’s hand, removing all status conditions. Mew has a weakness to Psychic-type attacks, dealing double damage. The card was released as part of the Base set in the Wizards Black Star Promos series on July 1, 1999.
