Vespiquen is a Grass-type Pokémon with 100 HP. It features two attacks: "Leaf Honey" and "Attack Order." The "Leaf Honey" attack costs one Grass Energy and allows the player to discard a Grass Energy attached to Vespiquen, then remove all damage counters from one of their Benched Grass Pokémon. The "Attack Order" attack requires two Colorless and one Grass Energy, dealing 10 damage multiplied by the number of Grass Pokémon in play. Vespiquen has a resistance to Fighting-type attacks, reducing damage by 20, and is weak to Fire-type attacks, which deal 20 more damage. The card is part of the Diamond & Pearl series, released in 2007, and is numbered 39 in its set. Artist Mitsuhiro Arita designed the card, and its flavor text describes a honeycomb abdomen used to raise grubs on collected honey. The card's retreat cost consists of three Colorless Energy.
