Chimchar is a Fire-type Pokémon with 50 HP, featuring a retreat cost of one Colorless Energy. It includes two attacks: Scratch, which deals 10 damage without requiring energy, and Ember, a more powerful move that costs Fire and Colorless Energy to deal 30 damage. The Ember attack also includes a secondary effect where flipping a coin results in discarding a Fire Energy if tails. Chimchar’s weaknesses make it vulnerable to Water-type attacks, which deal an additional 10 damage. The card is part of the Diamond & Pearl series, released as a Promo rarity in the DP Black Star Promos set on May 1, 2007.
