Dialga LV.X is a Metal-type Pokémon with 110 HP and a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy. It features the Poké-Power "Time Skip," which allows the player to have their opponent flip two coins during their turn. If both coins land heads, the player’s turn ends immediately; if both are tails, the opponent’s turn ends after drawing a card at the start of their next turn. The card’s attack, "Metal Flash," requires four Energy (two Metal and two Colorless) to deal 80 damage and cannot be used again during the next turn. Dialga LV.X resists Psychic-type attacks by 20 and is weak to Fire-type attacks multiplied by two. The card is part of the Diamond & Pearl series, released in the DP Black Star Promos set on May 1, 2007. It was designed by artist Ryo Ueda and is a Promo rarity card, allowing it to use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous level. The rules specify that the card must be placed onto an Active Dialga to function as intended.
