Blissey is a Colorless-type Pokémon with 120 HP. It features the attack "Smash Bomber," which costs three Colorless Energy and deals 50 damage, but flips a coin to determine if it resolves. The attack’s effect is conditional, with a 50% chance to fail. Blissey has a retreat cost of two Colorless Energy. Its only weakness is to Fighting-type attacks, which deal double damage. The card includes a Poké-Power called "Happy Healing," allowing the player to heal a Benched Pokémon by removing damage counters based on Energy attached to Blissey. This ability is restricted if Blissey has a Special Condition. The card is part of the Aquapolis set, released in January 2003, and is numbered 6 in the series.
