Umbreon is a Darkness-type Pokémon with 80 HP and a retreat cost of one Colorless Energy. It resists Psychic-type attacks by 30 and is weak to Fighting-type attacks with double damage. The card features the attack Shadow Bind, which costs three Colorless Energy to deal 30 damage and prevents the defending Pokémon from retreating during the opponent's next turn. Umbreon’s ability, Dark Moon, allows the player to look at their opponent’s hand, shuffle up to the number of Darkness Energy attached to Umbreon into their deck, and draw the same number of cards from their deck. The card was released in the Aquapolis set as part of the E-Card series on January 15, 2003. It is printed as a Rare Holo card and illustrated by artist Mitsuhiro Arita. The card’s theme color is a dark amber tone, reflecting its Darkness typing and thematic design.
