Unown is a Psychic-type Pokémon with 60 HP and a retreat cost of one Colorless energy. It features the Shuffle Poké-Power, allowing the player to search their deck for another Unown, switch it with the current Unown, and place the original Unown on top of their deck before shuffling. The ability can only be used once per turn. Unown’s sole attack, Hidden Power, costs one Colorless energy and involves flipping a coin to remove an evolved Pokémon’s highest Stage Evolution card from play. The card has a Psychic weakness that deals double damage. It was first released in the EX series as part of the Unseen Forces set on August 1, 2005. The card’s design is attributed to artist Shin-ichi Yoshikawa. Unown holds the dex number 201 and is classified as a Rare card.
