Altaria ex δ is a Water-type Pokémon with 100 HP. It features the Poké-Power "Extra Boost," allowing the player to attach a basic Energy card from their hand to one of their Stage 2 Pokémon-ex during their turn, provided Altaria ex is not affected by a Special Condition. Its primary attack, "Healing Light," costs one Water and two Colorless Energy to deal 60 damage and remove a single damage counter from each of the player’s Pokémon. The card has a retreat cost of one Colorless Energy and a converted retreat cost of one. It resists Grass and Fighting-type attacks by 30 each, but is weak to Colorless-type attacks multiplied by two. Altaria ex δ appears in the Dragon Frontiers set, released in November 2006, and is classified as a Rare Holo EX card.
