Dewgong is a Water-type Pokémon from the Mega Evolution series, featured in the Phantasmal Flames set released on November 14, 2025. It has 130 HP and a retreat cost of two Colorless energies. The card includes one ability called Thick Fat, which reduces damage from Fire or Water attacks by 30 after applying Weakness and Resistance. Its primary attack, Slam, costs one Water and one Colorless energy, dealing 70 damage for each heads when flipping two coins. The Pokémon’s flavor text describes it as sleeping under shallow ocean waters during the day and seeking food at night when temperatures drop.
